One - to - one sessions offer a supportive space to explore your voice, understand what it needs and develop greater confidence in caring for it.
Sessions may be helpful if you...
- Feel uncertain or anxious about your singing voice.
- Want to develop healthier, more sustainable vocal habits.
- Regularly expereince vocal fatigue, strain, loss of pitch, or any other vocal discomfort.
- Are returning to singing after time away.
- Are returning to singing, or starting to sing after or duringhormonal changes.
- Want to understand your voice more fully.
- Need support recognising when to rest or seek specialist advice.
As an accredited Vocal Health First Aider, Katy can help you explore vocal health concerns and develop practical habits.
These sessions do not diagnose or treat medical voice conditions . Where appropriate, Katy will encourage you to seek support from a GP, voice specialist, speech and language therapist, laryngologist or another qualified clinician.

What to expect
Your first session will begin with a conversation about your voice, your experiences and what you would like support with.
There is no fixed programme to follow. The session will be shaped entirely around you and may include vocal health education, practical exercises and achievable ideas to take away.
